In its quest to open up governance through public procurement, the Plateau State Government has developed and launched an electronic procurement portal (e-procurement portal) for its public procurements. The e-procurement portal which was deployed virtual on Friday through zoom by the Plateau State Bureau of Public Procurement was witnessed by many people across the globe. The general public who intend to do business with Plateau State Government can now log in to plateaustatebpp.com or plateaustatebpp.portal to view advertised contracts, works or services as well as apply. The Plateau State Director General of Public Procurement Bureau, BLDR Peter Y Dogo has aplauded Governor Simon Bako Lalong's efforts in making it a leading agency in Nigeria. The anual budget breakdown of Plateau State government will no longer hold for the year 2021. This was made known to The Grassroots Watch on Friday by the Commissioner of Budget and Economic Planning Mr Sylvester Wallanko.
