NIGERIA AT 61 HAS MADE PROGRESS DESPITE CHALLENGES- GIZO

A leading APC gubernatorial aspirant in Plateau State, Chief Dr Amos Gizo has described Nigeria at 61 as making progriess despite challenges encountered.

Gizo who featured along other panel of discussants  in a live call in program  "-One on One"of ECWA TV.  on Friday first October 2021 had a differing opinion on assertions that Nigeria at 61 is still a toddler, adding that despite the security challenges Nigeria has achieved a lot in diverse sectors.
While answering the question on how politics has helped Nigeria's predicament, chief Dr GIzo opines that the worst democratic rule is far better than the best of any military rule because in democracy there is equal representation where the people are represented in decision making as well as equal representation opportunity to the different components of the State and local governments.  He strrssed that though the security challenges which is drawn between ethnic, region and religion can be surmountable if the leaders brace up to political will and determination to end it.
Chief Dr Gizo stated that looking at what Nigeria was, compared to today, " we have seen tremendous development in infrastructure, Agriculture etc"

He admonished Nigerians to belierve in the country and join hands in redefining, reconstructing and restoring the nation to its lost glory

SCHOOL OF NURSING LAFIA INDICTED OF MALPRACTICES AND EXTORTION

The School of Nursing and Midwifery, Lafia is currently battling to safeguard its image over alleged sharp practices ranging from exams malpractices and extortion of money from some gullible students. Information available to us indicates that staff of the  prestigious School of Nursing and Midwifery, Lafia, Nasarawa State are facing one form of allegation or the other. PLATEAU: CHIEF AMOS GIZO PARLEYS WITH 17 FORMER ACN LG CHAIRMEN.

A political Juggernaut, Chief Dr Amos Gizo receives in audience 17 former Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) local government chairmen and secretaries in his office in Jos on Monday.
