CHIEF DR AMOS GIZO SALUTES PLATEAU YOUTHS OVER INAUGURATION OF PYC EXECUTIVES

Today marks a dawn of a new era in our history as the State now has a new vibrant Youth Council.
This great feat achieved by our Governor, His Excellency Rt Hon Dr Simon Bako Lalong is quite commendable.


I charge our youths through the able leadership of PYC to unite the youths on the Plateau to be one, to shun violence, ethnicity, tribalism and religious bigotry and Redefine, Reconstruct and Restore Plateau to its lost glory where we all can be proud of.

I stand strongly behind the youths as my plans is to give the prominence by giving them 70% of appointments if I get the opportunity to serve the State come 2023.



Together, we can Redefine, Reconstruct and Restore Plateau to its lost glory.


Once more, congratulations to Governor Lalong, PYC, Plateau Youths, Commissioner for Youths and Sports, Chairman, Larger House and the entire State.

UPDATE ON JOS ABATTOIR CHILDREN MOLESTATION SAGA

The residence of the Lebanese man alleged to have been involved in sexual molestation of under aged girls in Abattoir, Jos has been vandalised by irate youths in the area. The Grassroots Watch who went to the house in company of security agents discovered that while the security was trying to calm the situation at the police post where were beaten by the irate youths who took the advantage of concentration of security personnel at the Police outpost to sneak into than mans house and vandalised it. On entering the house, the team of security personnel saw the ransacked house in shambles. Items in the house were vandalised, destroyed and carted away. The next neighbour who is also a Lebanese, popularly known as God father was also attacked, his phones snached, cars vandalised and he escaped with degrees of injury.
