GARGA CONGRATULATES GOV LALONG ON PEACE AWARD BY PPA

The Commissioner of Physical Planing and Urban Development, Plateau State, Hon Dayyabu Yusuf Garga has congratulated Governor Simon Lalong on the award of peace bestowed on him by Plateau Plateau Publishers Asdociation.
Garga while recieving an award from Mytole Aids Mission for humanitarian services said " i honestly want to thank the Plateau Publishers Association who deemed it fit to award his Excellency Governor Simon Bako Lalong for his peaceful initiative on the Plateau because without peace there will be no development and am sure that singular act will spurr him to do more because the act of getting people to live peacefully cannot just start and end over just a time, it is a continues process and everybody must be involved including the Journalists, family people, religious leaders, community leaders, all their efforts must come together to ensure we have a lasting peace otherwise a minor thing can bring crises all over, you can't leave your house and come out if there is crises"
The Commissioner added  "So I want to believe that the foundation laid by Governor Simon Lalong will not only be sustained but people would embrace it to respect one another, appreciate one another and everybody will go and sleep with their two eyes closed if there is peace but once there is crises we cannot even have the liberty to come to office."
Accirding to him, "We thank God that now everybody can go to any location, we hope that will be sustained and I trurly want to thank and appreciate Mr Governor. I believe if we aporeciate his efforts he will feel that yes some people are recognising the efforts am doing  so let me do more so that people will appreciate me the more".

"So I congratulate his Excellency, Governor Simon Bako Lalong, Governor of Plateau State and Chairman, Northern Governors Forum for the peace award he received from Plateau Publishers Association" Garga said.

UPDATE ON JOS ABATTOIR CHILDREN MOLESTATION SAGA

The residence of the Lebanese man alleged to have been involved in sexual molestation of under aged girls in Abattoir, Jos has been vandalised by irate youths in the area. The Grassroots Watch who went to the house in company of security agents discovered that while the security was trying to calm the situation at the police post where were beaten by the irate youths who took the advantage of concentration of security personnel at the Police outpost to sneak into than mans house and vandalised it. On entering the house, the team of security personnel saw the ransacked house in shambles. Items in the house were vandalised, destroyed and carted away. The next neighbour who is also a Lebanese, popularly known as God father was also attacked, his phones snached, cars vandalised and he escaped with degrees of injury.
