ANNIKA MALINOWSKI IS  DOING A GREAT JOB ON PEACE BUILDING IN PLATEAU- DG

The Director General of Plateau Peace Building Agency, Joeseph Lengmang has applauded the contributions of  Annika  Malinowski in the  peace building process on the Plateau.

According to Lengmang, Annika Malinowski is the Plateau Peace Building Agency’s development advisor from GIZ with the core interest of strengthening capacity for peace building and conflict resolution in the PPBA.
The DG describes Annika as a lover of Plateau State who has visited Mangu, Bassa and other LGA’s in Plateau State. 

He adds that she enjoys working at the agency and thinks that they’re properly motivated, energetic and zealous for the task at hand.
In his assesment, "She believes that the Agency can execute its mandate on building peace even more effectively if given the necessary support, and she is happy to contribute her quota to building peace in Plateau State and the world at large".
"We are sincerely grateful to GIZ, Annika and all our partners who are contributing to our growth and capacity in peacebuilding" Lengmang said.

UPDATE ON JOS ABATTOIR CHILDREN MOLESTATION SAGA

The residence of the Lebanese man alleged to have been involved in sexual molestation of under aged girls in Abattoir, Jos has been vandalised by irate youths in the area. The Grassroots Watch who went to the house in company of security agents discovered that while the security was trying to calm the situation at the police post where were beaten by the irate youths who took the advantage of concentration of security personnel at the Police outpost to sneak into than mans house and vandalised it. On entering the house, the team of security personnel saw the ransacked house in shambles. Items in the house were vandalised, destroyed and carted away. The next neighbour who is also a Lebanese, popularly known as God father was also attacked, his phones snached, cars vandalised and he escaped with degrees of injury.
