Gov Lalong salutes his predecessor Dara Jonah Jang @ 77

Plateau State Governor Simon  Lalong has felicitated with his immediate predecessor Dara Jonah David Jang on the occasion of his 77th birthday. 

Governor Lalong in a congratulatory message signed by Simon Macham ,his director of press and public affairs  described the former Governor as a patriotic Nigerian who has continued to serve Nigeria and Plateau State with passion and commitment. 

Lalong recalled the contributions of Dara Jonah David Jang at various times during his career in the Nigerian Airforce and after retirement where he served as Governor, Senator among other responsibilities.
While wishing him many more years of good health, peace and God's protection, Governor Lalong urged the elderstatesman to continue to offer his wealth of wisdom and experience towards the development of Plateau State and the nation.

UPDATE ON JOS ABATTOIR CHILDREN MOLESTATION SAGA

The residence of the Lebanese man alleged to have been involved in sexual molestation of under aged girls in Abattoir, Jos has been vandalised by irate youths in the area. The Grassroots Watch who went to the house in company of security agents discovered that while the security was trying to calm the situation at the police post where were beaten by the irate youths who took the advantage of concentration of security personnel at the Police outpost to sneak into than mans house and vandalised it. On entering the house, the team of security personnel saw the ransacked house in shambles. Items in the house were vandalised, destroyed and carted away. The next neighbour who is also a Lebanese, popularly known as God father was also attacked, his phones snached, cars vandalised and he escaped with degrees of injury.
